      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey mates, i have the next issue, cant make calls or video calls with whatsapp application, theres a requierement from a customer to enable this and i already tryied opening the port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;TCP: 80, 443, 5222&lt;BR /&gt;UDP: 53, 443, 3478&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;making a url filtering rule allowing the apps in the image attached. the thing is at the moment of the call, the person answers the call and the app displays connecting.. and the call never connects.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i attached screenshots of the policys configured.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I would doublecheck your logs to see which ports of this list show up as blocked and open as needed. Just use the list as a guidance to see what is still missing.</description>
