    <description>How precisely did you verify this?&lt;BR /&gt;Note that a new version of SmartConsole won't recognize fingerprints that were "approved" in previous versions.&lt;BR /&gt;That means: first time you connect, you will always get the fingerprint prompt.&lt;BR /&gt;In any case, this is expected behavior.</description>

      <title>Fingerprint authentication issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgrade the GW from r77.30 to r80.10 using upgrade tools (CCSE - Lab) and the smartconsole find different fingerprint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue remains even if I reset the key from webGui.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
