Terminal agent identity sharing problem

Hello friends

we are using terminal server agent. we see identities which are logined ot terminal agent on gateways. but pdp gateway not share with the other gateways. we are using identity collector and we excluded terminal servers ip. and we add gateway with vip ip on terminal server.

Do you have any suggest about problem?
