    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are using an on-prem EPS Server 81.20 with client deployment to 89.25.all all works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now i have created a new deplyoment group with version 89.26 but some users had postpone the first upgrade info but after that no further upgrade info come back to the user.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i check the report on EPS server , it shows a Completed status&amp;nbsp; althoug there are have the old version 89.25.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the client logs with no errors, i have delete and add again the client from the deplyment group (and install policy) without any positive result. And i have create a complete new deployment rule but nothing happend .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you have an tipp for me what can i do on EPS server side or on client side ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a deplyment lock ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Br,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sven&lt;/P&gt;</description>
