R81.20 Local TE - Constant 10-minute delay on MTA/MFP scans

We are seeing a consistent 10-minute delay on our local Threat Emulation (R81.20). When a multi-function device sends a file to email, the TE blade holds the attachment for exactly 10 minutes every time.

It feels like a hard-coded limit or a specific timeout setting. Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any suggestions on where to look in the configuration or logs?

I think we need to find out why it get stuck for 10 minutes, I assume this is the timer and after 10 minutes it releases the file without emulation / scanning.

Try to follow this sk to pin point the issue more so we can give this a better direction

I am also attaching a screenshot of the logs, where you can see that the email was held for exactly 10 minutes.
