      <title>DynamicID with email OTP not sending OTP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am configuring DynamicID as a second authentication factor for Remote Access VPN users. I have created an authentication profile, but when i try to authenticate, the email never arrives with the OTP in my mailbox. Below is an example of the smtp string format i used, and an image of my client:&amp;nbsp;mail:TO=$EMAIL;SMTPSERVER=smtps://username:password@s&lt;BR /&gt;mtp.example.com;FROM=sslvpn@example.com;BODY=$RAWMESS&lt;BR /&gt;AGE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Debugging from cvpnd.elg does not explain any errors, but i can provide the logs as needed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi PhoneBoy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the late response. The SMTP server in use is Brevo. It does not log on the server's logs, and I get an error "&lt;SPAN&gt;DynamicID sending failure,To retry, please type r and select Submit". Thanks and looking forward to your response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can the gateway resolve the FDQN for the SMTP server?&lt;BR /&gt;Can you check that the gateway can actually reach the SMTP server (e.g. with telnet/netcat in expert mode) on port 25?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for your response. The gateway can successfully resolve the FQDN of the SMTP server over ports 587, 25 and 465. I have successfully resolved the issue. I just switched SMTP servers, and it worked. Thanks for the assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
