    <description>&lt;P&gt;Latest update...spoke with TAC guy in DTAC and he was super nice, checked his end, tested 3 labs and 2 had exact same issue as mine, even with correct eval license, he got same error. Told me would look into it further. For now, at least customer is able to see latest jumbo and can install it, if they choose to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is an issue on CP end or something in my lab, but when I tried upgrading to latest R81.20 jumbo, I get below. Oddly enough, same happens on all my R82 labs as well...Mind you, I can ping anything externally and also curl_cli works, no issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;License are valid as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my logical opinion, considering it says backend failure, sounds like its something CP related, but maybe someone from Check Point can confirm, for sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called TAC and they did confirm there is indeed an issue on Check Point side, so I ended up using offline package to upgrade. I did verify on couple of customers' environments and there, it did show all was fine, so posisbly something just related when using eval license.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
