In the simplest terms, a hotfix is a patch/modification to an existing software release designed to address one or more defects.
Sometimes, though it is uncommon, functionality can be added via a hotfix.
Jumbo Hotfixes (or JHF), contain multiple of these fixes bundles together into a single package.
