Hello;

hello , i have a cluster of 2 GW R80.40 in HA mode.

in the smart console, i can see the status of the standby member but the status of active memeber in nok.

in smartView Monitor, the status of both gateway is ok ( green).

does someone faced the same issu please?

When you refer to SmartView Monitor do you mean when you use the actual Client?

Could you please send screenshots of the exact locations where you see each status?

by SmartView monitori mean External Apps: Tunnel & User Monitoring

I tried restart the CPD daemon, and many other tips, but status still wainting,.
