Feasibility of pull/scrape open telemetry data from GWs

We are currently using Skyline to send metric(Push method) from GW to remote Prometheus server. However we want to pull or scrape OTEL metrics from the GW. Need assistance if this is feasible as TAC is not clearly confirming if this can be achieved or not.

At the moment, Skyline (or more specifically our OpenTelemetry support) is push-based, meaning the gateway pushes the data to a Prometheus server.
Not sure if we have plans to make it pull-based.

Since it was pointed out to me that the post was too cryptic 🙂

R&D is working on it and hopefully soon scraping will be possible.

Currently we only support push method to different destinations.
We are not planning to support this method in our short-term roadmap

We can try and work on a local experimental solution.
