Skyline on Active Cluster-XL member doesn't reporting to Prometheus

Hello guys,

I have three CP-15600 formed a Cluster-XL which currently run R81.10.

The two standby gateway are fully report to prometheus except the active one. Only some basic metrics are reported to promethus from the active gateway.

This even happen for all three gateways if it is in active state.

If I restart a gateway then make it active, it will report to promethus for few days before stop.

It might be that the active GW is communicating with its VIP instead of an actual IP address. Check the traffic traces.

Yes, it is communicating with VIP. I have just changed all the gateways to send metrics to prometheus via management IP but issue persist.

The pcap on promethus showing traffic from active gateway is sending out via management ip. But not sure why metrics are not showing on prometheus.
