Hi all,

I am currently creating a showcase-installation in our lab:

3x hardware appliances as single gateway connected via L2 and L3-Switches so far,

The gateways have the nano client installed.

Interfaces used as WAN-Links are configured as SD-WAN interfaces.

The WAN-Link Mapping is correct.

VPN-Community is correct.

Tunnels are up (vpn tu tlist)

I get Playblocks mails when a ssh login happens.

fw sdwan stat show the correct timestamps when I change the SD-WAN policy.

in "CPview -> Advanced -> SDWAN" everything looks good: Local Breakout Probing, Nexthop Probing and Overlay Probing is fine.

Firewall policies are any any allow.

But why I have 0 overlay tunnels shown in Infinity portal? I see Logs and Link Swaps.

In the Overlay Tunnels Monitoring it just shows "no recent data" and not "0/X".

what appliances models and versions?

do you have enough free disk space in all partitions? (df -h)

are the gateways configured with proper time/date/timezone ?

do you see other metrics like in live monitoring tab? or in dashboard > General > Overall SLA widget ?

are all nano services in running state in 'cpnano -s' (expert) output and no errors ?

if nothing comes out, it would be best to open SR, if not possible, DM me.
