Could not determine connectivity to Quantum Management Server | SD-WAN

Hi Team,

We are onboarding Management to SD-WAN Portal and getting the "Could not determine connectivity to Quantum Management Server" Error

Q.) Is this a new implementation?
A.) Yes

Q.) Is this Management a VM (OpenServer)?
A.) Yes. Runs on Nutanix

Q.) What is the OS Version of Gateways?
A.) R81.10 (Blink Image-https://support.checkpoint.com/results/download/127790)

Q.) What is the OS Version of the Management?
A.) R81.10

Q.) What is the Smart Console Version and Build?
A.) Smart Console Version R81.10 Build: 81.10.9600.414

- Checked and Enabled Data Sharing and Logs
- Can login through Web (https://x.x.x.x/smartconsole)
- Has Internet on the Management
-Tried Rebooting the Management Server
- Enabled Improve product experience by sending information to Check Point.

- Ran below commands on the Management

touch show_cloud_services_view mv -v show_cloud_services_view /var/log/AutoUpdater/metadata/InfinityOnPrem/infinity_onprem/tunnel_AutoUpdate/*/

echo CF_CLOUD_SERVICES=1 >> $FWDIR/conf/mwc.env $MDS_FWDIR/webconsole/mwc.sh restart

Do we need any kind of policies? How can we Resolve this?

Have you done any tcpdumps on the management while attempting to connect to see if there are any failed connectivity attempts?

FYI, the only virtualization platform we support with Quantum SD-WAN is VMware per: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk180605
Recommend engaging with your local Check Point office on an RFE if you need to run in Nutanix.

Said issue was fixed after updating the Management JHF to take 95

I am happy to hear that the issue was solved by upgrading to JHF take 97.
May I ask what was the JHF take before the upgrade?
