      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't log in to Infinity.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be that your user is not defined as a Primary Administrator?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there are other users using the account that are defined as &lt;STRONG&gt;Primary Administrator&lt;/STRONG&gt; or a &lt;STRONG&gt;User Admin&lt;/STRONG&gt; ask them to Reset 2FA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MFA is now requirement literally for everything, so thats the reason why you cant log in. As the guys said, if you admin cant help you with this, then you can contact Check Point to see if they might be able to assist.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. I've never registered for Infinity Services before. I followed the links within SmartDashboard, it took me to a registration page, asked me to confirm my region and then invited me to supply a password. After doing so, it took me to the portal login page, and then told me that due to a new security policy, logging in without MFA is not possible. I already have MFA set up for my Check Point account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a lab setup. I am the only administrator. I have no clue as to where the "Send Request To Administrator" will go...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think something broken in the sign up logic...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
