I had done it the other way around, but not from cloud to on-prem. Are you referring to smart-1 cloud mgmt server @emanuel1 ? In your case, you may need to involve TAC, as customers dont have ssh access to backend.

There are two ways to do it:

A migrate_export output, which TAC would have to provide (if they can, not 100% sure)
By using a tool like the following: https://github.com/CheckPointSW/ExportImportPolicyPackage

The second approach won't require TAC assistance, but will require more manual steps since the API cannot export everything.

Good to know, for sure, though, I dont think we would ever recommend any clients to go back to on-prem. Cloud is the future, no question about it. I know some people like the fact you have ssh access to on prem, and I get that, but in my mind, that definitely should not be deciding factor.
