Prior to enabling Workforce AI Security, a migration process of policies to Browser Security (new) is needed.

MSP partners and customers should follow these steps before the Workforce AI Security (WF-AI) deployment:

1. Login or switch to the Customer’s tenant in Check Point Portal and start the Browser Security (New) in Trial mode:

2. Configure the relevant policies on the Browser Security (New) based on your existing browse security policies.

3. You can now continue with the deployment of the WF AI on your endpoint clients (this will remove the old browser extension and WF-AI will work with the new policy configured)

Note: Endpoint clients that do not have the browser extension installed will not be affected by this issues.

Above is relevant for Windows & Mac on all supported browsers.
