Hi,

We have Checkpoint Harmony Basic Endpoint across our devices and we wish to use this as a comprehensive anti-malware solution, however we do not wish to use the Harmony Browse extension in view that we have another solution planned in that regard.

As an admin on the Infinity Portal, I could not find the way to disable Harmony Browse being enforced on users' laptops.

I went to Web & Files Protection under Policy Capabilities and URL Filtering mode is disabled.

Where can this be disabled please, or what other options within the Infinity portal can enable us to disable the Browse extensions on endpoint browsers?

Thanks and Regards

You have to uninstall the browser extension, I believe.
See: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk180608

What Phoneboy said is what you need to do. I actually had a case with customer about thisa exact thing last year and that sk is what TAC gave us as well.

The problem is that it is automatically reinstalled. There is an Infinity Portal Policy which is enforcing it (see it here in Chrome, even though I've  uninstalled it as per the link. I cannot find where the enforcement of the extension can be disabled in the Infinity Portal.
