Azure Bootstrap Script - set timezone

I have a problem with CloudGuard Azure IaaS deployment regarding setting the correct timezone.

I tried to use the bootstrap script to set it and I see the actions in the messages log of the machine after bootup. But after some minutes it's set back to America/New_York.

I assume that after first boot the bootstrap script is executed. Then the first time wizard is done automatically and this resets the timezone (as it would if you run FTW manually and don't set timezone correctly manually).

Any ideas on how to workaround this issue?

Hi @Norbert_Bohusch,

In case you are configuring the time and date in Gaia clish, you need to run the "
save config
" command to save the settings permanently.
https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R81_Gaia_AdminGuide/Topics-GAG/Time-Gaia-Clish.htm

What solution are you referring? VMSS/HA/Single

Thanks,
Natanel
