Azure Cloudguard VM compatibility

The gateway performance datasheet for Azure shows only D-series V2 SKUs for gateways but V3 SKUs are more cost effective. Is resizing my gateway VMs to V3 a supported action? Any compatibility issues?

All supported configurations are listed in sk109360. D-V3 variants are actually listed there.

sk149512 also has some relevance here in terms of moving between instance sizes FYI.

But why Azure B series VMs are not supported, Is there any specific reason , what is the alternate solution.

What would be your use case for this given there are also solutions like VMSS ?
