Hello,

If you have a license for second management server you can install 🙂 Could you please provide me detail about your installation. Do you want to install HA deployment or cold backup? If you want to install new management for backup you can use 2 options, HA deployment or cold backup.

If you want to install new environment with new management, you can install without any limitation so check point management servers can be work with same vlan without any problem.
