Need to upgrade our CloudGuard Security Management Server to R81.20 from R80.40 Take 206 and have a couple of questions from this. The first being other than a migrate export of the database, what is the best option for taking a backup. As there isn't a way of creating a snapshot as it doesn't allocate enough disk space. The second question is how you actually upgrade the management server from one version to another as there doesn't seem to be a direct migration path.

Thanks in advance.

You can use this guide Installation and Upgrade Guide R80.10 (checkpoint.com) for backup.

Additionally, there is this sk155632 that explain how to upgrade your management.

Let me know if you have any questions about those guides.
