topic Certificate Installation on R81.20 in Cloud Firewall

I have 2 CP R81.20 Clusters in AWS.. as these were using self signed certs we wanted to replace them with signed url certs.

I installed Cert files via SmartConsole -> Gateway Object -> UserPortal

One of the Cluster took the certificate as expected and i can see it when i access the GAIA Portal. However, the other Cluster still shows the default Cert while accessing GAIA Portal..even in smartconsole -> Portal i can see my imported certificate url visible but it somehow is not applying on the protal access.

Any help on how i can resolve this is appreciated.

Thanks

I assume you've pushed policy to the cluster again, right?
TAC might be needed to troubleshoot this.

Yea i had pushed the policy.. latest update however is that now i am able to see the correct cert details.

From the Portal section i had to select the cluster IP and then import the certificate for it to take effect.

The thing which confuses me is that i did not had to do it on the other firewall cluster where i had previously installed the cert and the correct cert is displaying there.
