Just use custom app/category objecy and use that in the rule, make sure urlf is eabled in the policy layer. I always add say *youtube* or *amazon*, you get an idea.

Make allow rule above the drop rule that blocks the category entertainment. In this allow rule you select source / destination etc and find the application 'youtube'. For some time now you can use 'apps' in your rules if you like.

This is an example of a small policy here: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk174045
