Certificate error: CertAuthority Invalid on SmartConsole policies

Hi Guys,

Wondering if you guys have seen this issue before?

When I am trying to view/configure anything under "Autonomous Policy", I get the error found in the attachment of this post.

If you could please point me to the right place regarding how to fix this, that would be great!

It may be possibly related to this issue: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk177713
We've also seen instances where certain software installed on a PC (InfoWatch) will affect this issue as well.
Your best bet is to open a TAC case.

Thanks for that. Tried on multiple different PCs but still no luck.

I have tried installing the JUMBO Hotfix on that article you link but issue is still there.

Wonder what this is..

I saw that only once before and rebooting the mgmt server fixed it. Never realy found out why it happened in the first place.
