      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if it's a tech pub or R&amp;amp;D owned link, considering it's in the Azure portal and not a tech pub doc per se.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Putting it here in a CP owned forum, and in the CloudMates area is enough.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
