It is always valuable to have an explanation (verbal) and a demonstration to fully understand new technologies and concepts.
In a time when we see a lot of consuming of video (media etc.) it is more relevant than ever to have these kind of resources.
Also, with many new features in many technology areas and rapid software agility these are even more valuable,
