Checkpoint cluster in AliCloud

Hi !

I was wondering if anyone here have set up a Check Point cluster in AliCloud ? -- we do get some iffy feedbacks from Checkpoint regarding if this is even listed as supported, I think it probaly is not ?

But that do not mean it is not working 🙂 - So if anyone has some input, it would be highly appreciated ?

As an addition I can add that I get some feedback from AliCld on the use of a 'sleeping node' - which is a feature they have.. but as far as I can see, this would be an issue using with firewalls both related to functionality and not the least licensing.

Adding support for Security Management, Single Gateway and Cluster HA is in our road map for 2021

So, what you are saying is that, as of right now, Check Point singel, cluster and SMS is not supported ?

AliCloud is currently not supported, that is what it means. I also suggest that it is not a good idea from a security pov to give the chinese government access to my data... 8)

Correct, AliCloud is not currently supported, but we plan to do so later this year.
