    <description>&lt;P&gt;In BYOL (Bring Your Own License) you have to purchase the license separately and Azure will only charge the virtual machine. With PAYG (Pay As You Go) the license is directly included and also charged by Azure. So it depends on what you want.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
