R80.20 Anti-SPAM drops all emails

Customer found that after upgrading to R80.20 M1, enabling Anti-SPAM made that emails do not reach the destination and Description: Bypassed (General error) logs appear in SmartView Log. The solution (edit the table.def) can be found in sk134652 "Bypassed (General error)" description in Anti-Spam log.
